Duty Care - AZ Cleaning Services
Thank you for the opportunity to be of service to you in the cleaning of your carpets and upholstery.
- Take care when stepping from damp carpet onto hard surfaces i.e. kitchen tiles, bathroom vinyl pr laminated floors. The moisture picked up on your feet or footwear can make them very slippery.
- To speed up drying time leave open windows and internal doors (weather and security permitting).
- Keep room warm during the winter mounts by using the heating system.
- Foil protectors (where used) should not be removed from beneath furniture until you are sure that your carpet is absolutely dry. If they are removed whilst the carpet is still damp, wood stains or varnish from furniture legs or rust may transfer onto the carpet fibres leaving a permanent stain. If in doubt, leave the foil protectors in position for 24 hours.
- Do not walk on damp carpet in outdoor shoes as soil may transfer onto the carpet fibres.
- Do not were coloured socks, slippers whilst the carpet is damp, the dyes from your socks or slippers may transfer to the carpet leaving permanent stains. This equally applies to coloured jeans, dungarees and other dyed clothing both on damp carpet and upholstery.
- Drying times can vary greatly depending on different factors like fibre content, construction, pile density, degree of soiling, method of cleaning, room temperature, humidity and air circulation. However, we would expect your carpets to be touch dry as little as 30 minutes to 2 hours but completely dry within 12 hours.
- Do not place upholstery cushions from your suit against radiators to dry them. This will cause permanent pressure marks.
- Upholstery cushions should not be placed or leant on any surface which may transfer day or re-soil them.
- Upholstery cushions should be let dry separate from the base until both are completely dry.
We hope that you enjoy your freshly cleaned carpets and upholstery and we thank you for your custom and look forward to being of service to you again.
